Charles Arline is a lifelong resident of South Tampa and has been serving the legal community of Hillsborough and Pinellas County for over 20 years.
Charles attended H. B. Plant High School and later, the University of South Florida in Tampa. He worked as a probation officer in Hillsborough County before he went on to attend law school at the prestigious South Texas College of Law. He graduated from South Texas in 1997 and worked briefly as a Public Defender for Hillsborough County before transitioning to private practice.
Charles and his wife, Laura, reside in South Tampa with their two children, Logan and Owen, and their adopted rescue boxer, Archie.
